Absolutely. It's so easy to see why he's popular. Women love how he writes emotional, specific lyrics and plays guitar, and it isn't social suicide for men to admit that they like his songs. He manages to come across seeming honest without seeming overly cheesy (think Train or early Bruno Mars), just kind of cheesy. I actually think his looks only help him; if he was hot he wouldn't be taken as seriously and his ginger hair makes him stand out.

I personally don't love a lot of his material and find his writing style rather cliche, although I like his voice.

Do I get his appeal? Yes.

Do I like his appeal? No.

His lyrics are quite good and has a nice voice, I used to dislike him but he got me with X.

I have no idea. He's ugly, he can't write, he has nothing original about him, doesn't have an interesting voice, etc. The only thing I can think of is that he plays guitar

Idk but he has some good songs. I prefer his older material tho like The A Team, Lego House, You Need Me, I Don't Need You than everything else he's released after that excluding Bloodstream.

I like some of his music but he's just meh as an artist to me. I don't think I've ever heard his talking voice tbh
