I used to be super liberal on abortion as well until I saw a miscarriage at 15 weeks. That was not a sperm/ova. It was not even an embryo. It was an unborn child.

I come from a family of medical professionals and my father is a doctor. As tragic and saddening as a miscarriage is, the fetus is not living. To be living requires an ability to live on its own without containment to the womb, or in stricter terms, viability outside of the womb. It's not living. Most states have laws against terminating a pregnancy past 26 weeks, in which case it can be argued that it is truly a living being, able to sustain itself without internal sustenance from the mother. Don't you work in medicine, yourself?
By stripping funding of planned parenthood, in which only about 3% of services go towards the termination of a pregnancy, a woman's right to basic healthcare is stripped, and in the case of many central/southern states, made close to impossible to achieve.
You're free to have your own beliefs, but the moment a party tries to block a woman from a right determined legal by the highest court in the country nearly half a century ago, a (by all means illegal) problem is apparent.
