And do you need me to spoon-feed to you the limitations of local government from the fact that 1) legislation won't magically cure racism and 2) the tangible limitations on local government when it comes to funds?
If whites are so suddenly scared of evil black bullies, are the affluent white suburbanites currently filling the gentrified neighborhoods of Chicago gonna be down to paying more taxes to fund programs to curb violent behavior in schools and teach kids, including black kids, to not be violent?
Your comment is just off topic and irrelevant. What do these people have to do with gangs or criminals? Do they have previous arrests? Are they affiliated with gangs? I've read a few articles on it, but haven't seen any mention of either, so if you could link that, that'd be great.
Some of y'all really act as though people in the communities you scold don't do anything or that the people in local government aren't trying and are actively promoting this. What exact programs and movements would you suggest that would have prevented this specific crime from happening?
