Even though the deadline is in around 3 weeks it wouldn't hurt for you guys to start working on your ballots. I'll probably start a "For Your Consideration..." campaign next week for people to showcase who they think deserves nominations.
With around 3 weeks till nominations are due, now is the time to campaign for who you think deserve nominations! I'll post mine up soon. Basically you can make For Your Consideration posts like TheDreamer did with his LLL poster. Have fun.
