Hopefully it's Katy...she seems pretty damn dumb for waiting 3+ years between album releases when 3/5 of her singles from Prism flopped (after an era with 5 #1s, 3 singles not even reaching top 10 are flops in everyone's eyes but stans). After Rise flopped miserably as well, it will be interesting to see how her new era does. She must think she's Michael Jackson or Kanye or something
