How many genders exist?
1? 2? 3? Peter Paul and Mary?
Infinite? Gender is a broad non-binary spectrum?

i don't really care, how other people refer to themselves isn't going to effect me.
i suppose people will get triggered and say "only 2 genders!11!!!!" and that was the point of this.

Gender is a concept and we are most familiar with male and female, of which I identify with the former.

At this point, it's just easier to switch gender selection to a text box.
Despite that, I believe that since gender is a social construct, there's only two genders, plus the absence of one.
Edit: Cis/trans modifiers are fine as well, but they're subgenders.

Technically it's a spectrum, however any label besides (cis or trans) male, (cis or trans) female or some variation of non-binary is doing the most

http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1107120
anyway the answers are either none (because it's a social construct) or indefinite/infinite amount (because it's a social construct)
