The only one to have had iconic/controversial performances in the noughties and tens:
2013
2009
Britney had 2-4 all in the 00s, Madonna one in the 00s, etc.
Why is Miley so iconic live?

The second performance is not iconic though. It might have been controversial in the US but it's not iconic, specially not in the rest of the world.
