She can wear anything she wants, however, most designers (including silent ones) will not actually create anything specifically for her or the Trump family. High fashion is always advertised to be youthful and on trend, and stastically, most young people do not like and did not vote for Donald Trump. It would be a PR disaster for any fashion brand to do this, as the backlash would be unforgivable for more popular and successful brands like Versace, Prada, and Gucci. Even niche brands like Brioni, which histically dresses rich white old men, would never post a photo of a Trump wearing their clothes.
Second of all, D&G have always been willfully "ignorante" about US politics, simply because they are used to and accustomed with Italy's extremely corrupt, conservative government. They don't see any issues with Trump because they've only ever experienced worse leadership and scandals. They simply accept as is, which is fine if you lack a conscious.
