Form White People when I was visiting West Virginia and I was walking with a friend, some drunk Whites on a van shouted homophobic slurs at me and my friend. My friend is very feminine so I think that is why they attack. I am not that feminine and can pass for a straight guy I guess. But I am brown skin Latino but they did not say anything racist. But I was so scared since I know how racist and Homophobic those States can be and I was afraid of a beating.

In Pennsylvania, New Jersey and NYC where I live and grew up, With my interaction with so many races, I say Black people had been the ones who have been more homophobic, racist, ignorant towards me. But no all Black people and White People are like that. There are always the ignorants ones out there.

Luckily I almost never encounter either, but homophobia would be the more common of the two.

I get hate

I'm a hetero black woman, so I only have to personally deal with one of those struggles. I've had to check a person here and there that think it's ok to make slick homophobic comments or may not even consciously be aware that they're saying something homophobic so I've definitely encountered homophobia as well, but racism is of course far more prevalent with both personal and indirect encounters.

I was walking with my high school friends like 10 years ago and 2 frat looking dudes passed by us and said: "Hey take out the camera and shoot these Mexicans in the wild" I understood the whole thing and it made me sad

I've experienced both on the same level tbh.

Racism. I've encountered this more personally.

However, black people are homophobic and sexist. Lets call a spade a spade. I'm not saying all of them are this way but per capita.... They try to hide it behind some religious dogma that was fed to them and they were too weak minded to discard or ignore.

I had a black gay man who was saying that being gay was wrong this and that and was serious that women were too emotional to be president. He was convinced he knew what it was like to be a woman because he used hormones when he was younger. I avoided him like the plague after that conversation....because I didn't want to drag his ass again like I did the last time we had a falling out because of some stupid ***T he tried to involve me in without my knowledge.
