for better or worse the media, and Mariah, have become more about headlines - the Kardashians cause this. Kim and Kanye are more famous for their headlines than any creative output. Mariah is now in that territory. Even for bad press she has maintained her fame more than any of her peers, and anyone questioning her can go look at ha old videos to showcase why she is legend of music.
