It's official - Victoria Beckham has been given an OBE from Queen Elizabeth II as part of the New Year Honours List for 2017.
This year's list celebrates a whopping 1,197 people - including Team Great Britain heroes Mo Farah and Jessica Ennis-Hill, tennis champ Andy Murray and Keeping Up Appearances' Patricia Routledge.
Despite protests from the likes of Piers Morgan, Victoria Beckham has been made an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire thirteen years after her husband David Beckham collected the same award.
The Queen selected Victoria for this prestigious national prize in recognition of her contributions to the fashion world and commitment to a variety of charitable causes.

He hates successful women, regardless of how they became successful. Piers acts high and mighty but he's the lowest of the low when it comes to "journalism". He's done nothing more than tabloid fodder his entire life. He'll never get one himself, and for that, I think he's truly angry. Poor him!

It's embarrassing and transparent how he only ever comes for women.
Despite the fact that I have a hard time accepting there must be people out there who take Piers seriously.... In this case, what were his reasons for opposing Victoria getting the OBE?
The Queen does not choose who gets these honours.
