Your title is also misleading - the bill decrimalizes the act to avoid the placing of the crime on the child, but to put focus on the pimps and sex traffickers. To call a child sex trafficking victim a "prostitute" (which is what you do when you accuse them of the crime) is to place the blame on them.

They decriminalized child prostitution because they recognize that children that are involved in the industry are victims. But these right wing reporters have twisted it to mean that they legalized child prostitution which is false you dumbasses.

The media will be going all out in the coming years to make child sex more acceptable. Expect to see people in TV shows and movies who "struggle" with attraction to children, but never act on it, and otherwise are nice, lovely people who we should feel sorry for. The children should ABSOLUTELY be arrested. You don't have to actually put them in prison, but get them off the streets, out of the industry and get as many clues as possible so any adults involved can be put in prison (or given the death penalty).

If terrorists were giving children bombs, you'd arrest the child to get the bomb off the street and find out as much information as possible as to who is giving them the bombs. The child doesn't have to actually be put in jail, but they should be arrested.
