Edit - just read a news article saying they're now trying to divide the country into zones, basically how the GDR was born

I see Queen Putin is already expanding ha real estate. Today - parts of Syria. By the end of 2017 - most of Eastern Europe.

I guess ISIS (and some other affiliated groups) aren't in this agreement and that it's far from being over just yet.
