I think they used the psychological angle that people say one thing about Madonna yet do another.
As if that wasn't common knowledge already, like.. that's what atrl is about. We ALL say A, B, C are irrelevant and we don't care about them yet willingly spend 10 minutes dragging them.
It's the essays ranting to an unknown group of people that confuses me.
If you stan for your fave in a deeply passionate and somewhat delusional sense, why are those people not secure enough knowing that and feel the need to argue with someone who disagrees? They aren't going to change their opinion because you listed all their charts stats. Especially not on a platform like Tumblr where no discussions to take place (sjw rant teas!)
