It won't cross the mark. It's already down to 20k/week, and it would have to somehow maintain that pace for 25 straight weeks to cross it (because it's ~500k away from 3M) in a rapidly declining sales climate.
That said, it will probably be the last song to cross the 2.5M mark.
and even those are a stretch.
