Both Ariana and Miley have hits. The difference between them is that I can enjoy listening to Ariana's latest album from start to finish, while Miley's last album has only two good songs: "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball". So Miley Cyrus needs to seriously step it up with her next album if she wants to be in the same league as Ariana Grande.

If you all are going to pretend Ariana has no solo power when FOUR out of her FIVE solo singles peaked #13 or higher, then yes, I will discredit Zedd for not having a solo top 40. I realize he's a producer, but Calvin Harris has many solo hits.

She has had a massive dedicated fanbase since her record-breaking career began in 2006, which is far more than can be said for 6/8ths of your sig.

And Starving still hasn't gone top 10 despite being discounted for practically its entire run, which definitely makes a difference in this dead sales climate.

First of all love, we shouldn't be really discussing Selena's talent or, I'd like to ask you what do you think her talent is. Is she a great vocalist? Is she a great storyteller? An amazing dancer?A skillful producer? What is she? What is her actual talent or skill?

And Ariana can sing, but outside of that, she is pretty much just somebody who gets lined up next to featured artists and hitproducers. And her label is srsly pushing her on Spotify and radio, literally spamming.

I think Ariana has managed to get a lot of appeal because of the artists she has worked with, plus she is the wet dream of many teenage boys and um, slightly older men who like em young, very young.

Yes, Ariana's radio play is SO disproportionate to her sales/streams!1!1!

Yep, Ariana is pushed SO hard on Spotify! Must be why Side To Side is #17 on Global Spotify but only #53 for playlists and why Into You is #96 on Global Spotify but not even top 200 for playlists.
