I would say so. I was very excited for her album and was left very disappointed, in fact I don't think I've listened to it since its release week. Stand By You, Beating Me Up, Better Place and I think it was You Don't Know My Heart were all pretty good tho.

Isn't she signed to Columbia? That's a pretty good label.

Fight Song is memorable and was an anthem for heartbroken people out there. She'll back with more mature songs and a refined album.

I listened to Rachel's CD last winter, and I wasn't at all impressed. Besides Congratulations, all the songs sound incredibly basic, generic, and bland. You could easily mistake her songs for an Avril song, a Taylor song, a Katy song, or a Kelly C song.

I even think Meghan has more starpower than she does.

Rachel will always be a C-list pop star like Hailee Steinfeld, Tori Kelly, Camila Cabello, Alessia Cara, and John Legend.

They said that she tried to replicate Katy's kind of music and ATRL talked about Fight Song I never heard about. I gave her album a try, 2 songs I can enjoy, track 2 is random tasteless attempt on urban influence (albums nowadays must have at least 1 E.T. or Dark Horse attempt). That second song is Stand By You, it didn't charted on this side of the Atlantic.
