'Little Rat' is the nickname of a trash/controversial tv show host that is been on since the mid 90. 'Fame Machine' is another show where people (sometimes famous person) do covers.
And the ratings for Adele are good, she didn't attract more viewers than what the channel get on average but it is sill a nice result.
