It's probably just headphone bleed from when she recorded it. Metronomes aren't something "added" to the track, it's just a function of the programme - when you bounce a track with it turned on its about 100 times louder than it is on this as well. The volume of them can't be adjusted either, hence why it's probably just headphone bleed.
