Mariah / Céline / Shania etc have so few Grammys because The Recording Academy hates them for absolutely no reasons. But dozens of countless evergreens and sales which only 5 women in total have ever seen aka popularity which has yet to be matched, the 90's divas keep on winning.
The fact that one of the most impacting and dominating song in music history wasn't even Grammy nominated shows how irrelevant the Grammys are. Today almost every Christmas tune is molded after AIWFCIY... the song is currently in the top 10 in 13 national singles charts. (22 years after its release).

I'm saying that this guy is saying how the original Divas were controlled by labels and management and not "strong" take charge women when Beyoncé was also controlled for a very long time and that's when she won most of her grammys.
