Mariah has embraced and praised younger artists that are far more successful than Demi and Ari in the same show so idg why ppl think she's a bitter old hag. She dragged Demi for acting a mess when she doesn't know the whole sitch. And the Ari thing is not even a shade. They didn't met yet so she don't know her (personally)
Plus, if she do not really like the girl, then it just fits her pattern of not particularly not giving a rat's ass about starlets proclaimed as the "New Mariah" (Christina and Leona for those unaware). But then again, isn't it understandable than in an industry that throw people away so easily without even a hesitation, particularly women as they hit a certain age, Mariah would be more territorial of her brand? The starlets started playing the game when they push themselves as the new version of Mariah, so don't really expect her to give them an open arm, an open mind, an open legs, and an open mouth. :heart:
