For one, that album's release wasn't sanctioned by Madonna or supported by her in any way. It's a collection of demos she recorded before signing with Sire Records. But at least in the case of that collection, the title is a clever twist on the term Prima Donna and Madonna's name. The same can't be said for the person who uploaded this Youtube video. They were too uncultured to have known the proper spelling for the Italian term for the leading female singer in an opera, a term that has since come to describe egotistical women or women with diva-like attitudes. To use Premadonna in place of Prima Donna would imply that they are referencing some era before Madonna's popularity began, which of course the song does not do.
Anyway, it was just a stupid spelling mistake and I'm making it a bigger deal than it needs to be. I just found it comical.
And since I didn't offer my opinions on the subject before, the song sucks.
