One of the biggest appeals for Lemonade is the southern charm behind a lot of the songs and the visuals considering Bey was born and raised in Texas. I don't think it would have matched as well with Rihanna's Caribbean heritage but I think she could have pulled off a few of the songs
Don't know if that sound is suited for her, but the album is acclaimed because of the material. So it would do just fine. Would it be reviewed as well? I'm not sure, but it'd score high.
I genuinely would love to see her take on the album, especially "Hold Up" and "Sorry". I'm not too sure about "Daddy Lessons" but for the most part I think Lemonade by Rihanna would be amazing.
Setting aside the fact that most of the songs wouldn't exist as we them without Bey's input, their perspectives are too different. It was too specifically tailored to Bey's POV as a woman who's very much settled into her womanhood and has been in a long term relationship throughout her adult life. It just wouldn't ring true or feel authentic coming from someone like Rih who seems like she's just truly coming into her own as a woman and hasn't yet settled with a man long term as an adult. I think some songs could possibly work, but as a body of work as it would feel odd coming from Rih.

Now that you mention it, She would sound amazing on Hold Up.
Rihanna could never. She lacks the versatility to pull off a diverse, cohesive body of work. Her vocal palette alone is one dimensional for this kinda project.
