Not in the US, but she has La Tortura which set the precedent for Spanish music on mainstream US radio & remains superior to Bailando.

idk bailando was everywhere here (switzerland) and i don't really see chantaje doing the same here or elsewhere in europe idk shakira may surprise us with her buzz single though.
