This EP taught me that Justine has the most basic personality ever (I kind of already knew that but lol) like how do you spill your soul to The-Dream, a writer who lives to tell personal stories, and get basic IG groupthink type of songs? Not even the average young woman in the social media age, but brainless IG baddie? If the point of this EP was to display her inner voice and personality, they failed. Or even worse, there's no personality to display
Her delivery on this is very awkward... considering the fact that she has been jetsetting doing all of these money-making appearances, I wish she had sat her ass in the studio day-in and day-out perfecting this. She is spending her time on the wrong things if she wants an actual singing career. Her mom is ensuring she makes money no matter what, and I can respect that, but she should have no downtime rn. She needs to be working cause this failed to make a good impression, and I say that as someone who's been rooting for her. It's sad!
