I would refer to them as "straight" but somewhere on the spectrum. Labels are functional and I'm not really interested in someone saying they're bi just because they're comfortable using other men as means to satisfy their libido on occasion, whilst their day to day desires and encounter are dominated by female fantasy. There's a huge distinction between that and someone legitimately meeting men and finding them sexually&romantically attractive.
Sexuality and seeking sexual fulfilment is sometimes outside of gender. Its why you wake up with morning wood without necessarily having any specific fantasies of a men/women.
