I have like 2 or 3 female friends, 0 gay friends (I don't count people who only hangout for some fun at night as friends) and the rest is straight male friends. I don't like petiness, gossip nor drama
Same. I have one female friend, I get along with most but I feed 'em with a long spoon. they get entirely to comfortable and tend to get disrespectful real quick.
I'm the opposite - I click easier with women. Most of my friends younger were girls. My friend base has expanded to be more diverse since college (though a good chunk of my male friends are gay lol).

Although this was mainly due to growing up places where guys only liked "straight" things and I just cant deal with on normal basis lol

Most of my friends are hot straight guys. I have a few girlfriends and a few gay friends. It's easy to immediately connect with straight guys for some reason.
I have lot of friends from both. My 2 male cousins are one of my best friends ever and no other girl i met have been that close to me from the heart. Even though they both live in a different country. Now in my school i have more girlfriends but the biggest reason might be that we are only MAX 8 guys in 1 class with the population of 90 I can't really say my girlfriends are more than my boyfriends but yeah.
