If we were to base girl groups from ten years ago and compare them to today's girl groups, which selection would you pick? Videos chosen are singles these acts had out at the time of the year.
Selection A, the US:
Pussycat Dolls Vs. Fifth Harmony
Camila has pretty much already followed Nicole's lead.
Selection B, the UK:
Girls Aloud Vs. Little Mix
Since the Saturdays are M.I.A., I can't think of any current British girl group to match the Sugababes with.
Selection C, Korea:
Brown Eyed Girls Vs. BLACKPINK
K-Pop wasn't really "international" yet by 2006 though (not until SNSD and 2NE1 along with the Wonder Girls in the US).
And of course, there are several K-Pop girl groups to fawn over today: TWICE, f(x), IOI, SISTAR etc...
Based on the quality of output from any of the girl groups you were familiar then compared to the girl groups of today, which year would you choose?
Had to go with 2016 well because my sig. BUT Girls Aloud still remain the best polished performance girl group ever (OT3 were on FIRE on stage). That Sherzie with the back up dancers can choke.
