karlitos glad to see there's more people who see the bigger picture without just completely attacking one side. I thought I was the only one that's not completely on one side attacking just one like most 5h stans. the 4h stans vs camila and camila stans vs 4h.. The split was handled horribly by both sides and all this messiness and drama is happening because of that.

I've cried so much the last few days. These five girls have been an escape for me for the last 5 years. I've grown up with them, I've idolized them for so long and there are so many little moments of them 5 together that I know now we'll never get anymore and it's so heartbreaking for me as a fan I've laughed, cried, screamed, gotten mad... Everything with the 5 of them and, even typing this I'm crying, cuz it was my ultimate dream getting to see them perform live (they never came to my country) and it's never gonna happen I even planned a trip for next year to see them live and yeah... Meh I miss them already.

I don't really agree with Camila leaving, I don't really agree with any of the statements released by anyone, it's all been a shitstorm. All I know is that I love them all and that I'm seriously gonna miss this group

I'm happy that she pursues her solo career
We all know how dominant she is in the group. Many ppl dislike her about it and it causes jealousy in group. I dont see any point to make her staying any longer in group

Some ppl are meant to be in group, but the others are meant to work solo (like Beyonce, do you think she should stick together to Kelly and Michelle?)

Also she went to the audition as solo artist. The group making idea in X-Factor is totally a mess though. At that point, all contestants want is to make it to the live show, but you cant abandon their solo musical career passion

I mean, at the end of the day, business is business. You have to be selfish if you want to make it in the entertainment industry. Her contract was up anyway and she decided not to renew it. Of course her fans and her group is gonna feel betrayed but at the end of the day, business is BUSINESS.

All seem like valid points to me, even if you disagree with them. If anyone is irrational, it's you.

Try to understand I really wanted to support both sides when Camila inevitably left the group and I imagined myself doing that. But all this information is coming out that, when combined with what we already knew, creates really strong support for a narrative that suggests that Camila had far more to do with the split than the other four did. I honestly have tried to come up with an alternate narrative that takes the blame off Camila, but I genuinely just cannot come up with one that makes sense. What's really stopping me is the fact that we now know that the other four girls wanted to make the effort to keep the group alive, and Camila did not. My ultimate priority is for the success and survival of the group as a unit, so how can I not be upset at Camila primarily when I find out that the other four girls were willing to attend sessions and counselling to keep the group moving forward, and she wasn't?

It's the fact that she really seemed like she was unwilling to try to keep the group alive that's hurting me the most. She was given what she wanted - the ability to release solo material and promote herself as a solo artist - and yet it seems like that still wasn't enough for her. I'm sorry if you don't like the wording of me calling it an ultimatum, but for all intents and purposes, it was one. She told them she wanted a hiatus (an unreasonable request since it negatively affected the other four girls), and when they refused to do that, she then was unwilling to come up with any other compromise that kept her in the group. That's an ultimatum.

They just need to find a Camila replacement and they will be fine.. they can still be strong and dynamic group and they have more media coverage than ever now.. it would be terrible for the 4 remaining girls to just give up or for management to not let them release another album just because one member left.. Camila didnt make or break the group

It's a very spoiled attitude and won't get her far in the industry, no matter how talented you are.
Even Xtina had to change her cocky attitude eventually cause she was receiving endless backlash because of it from the GP and from the industry.
And she's super talented and don't get me started on Azealia, we all know how she ended up despite being really talented as well.

Spoiled attitudes never work out, I'm sure there'll be some CC stans in here saying that 'it's business at the end of the day' but it's not, this behavior starts here and will eventually slap her in the face as it creates more drama along the way.

Even Taylor had a backlash because of her attention seeking/fake ways.
