One thing that has helped me some days is installing F.lux on both my computer and my tablet. All that blue light has an effect that keeps you wired and awake. I've also tried some over the counter sleep-aids and chamomile tea to relax me. A friend recommended OTC Melatonin, so I may give it a shot.
In the end it's all about forcing yourself to actually be in bed by midnight.
