He needs better substance if he wants to be taken seriously, because no one takes him serious.
When people say they miss old Chris Brown, its not just stuff like Forever. He had some legitimate good R&B/Pop music, its just that space is now covered by Justin Bieber, Zayn and some what The Weeknd. He's 27 now, and he's still making music from 5 years ago.
It's a decent single. Hope it goes top 10 for Usher's sake. Man needs a hit, badly.

Usher could have gone top ten for IDM. It was #11 for 2 weeks. All he needed to do was put a music video, and it would probably snagged #8 or something.
