Tupac Shakur, Pearl Jam to join Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Janet Jackson rejected


Janet Jackson, 50, the youngest child of the famed Jackson singing family, is one of the best-known pop singers in the world but is still waiting induction after becoming eligible for the Hall of Fame in 2007.

It was her second nomination for the honour.

So it looks like Janet is not going to be inducted AGAIN this year in the R&R Hall of Fame.

I am so sick of this BS reason that her being inducted will open the gates of inducting other artists who aren't "pure" rock!! WHAT?!?! So that wasn't on your mind when Madonna got inducted?!?! In her FIRST eligible year, mind you!!! And she's just as pop as I don't know what!!! It's just so annoying how these rules doesn't apply for one person, but gets strict for someone else!

I have this gut feeling that Beyonce is going to get inducted before Janet, and it's just so f****** unfair. Whitney hasn't been nominated yet. Mariah hasn't been nominated yet. Sade, no. PATTI LABELLE, no!! TINA TURNER hasn't even nominated as a solo act, and she's arguably considered the Queen of Rock and Roll!!!
