Yes, it just costs more.
AI has advanced to the point that the robot is lifelike, able to analyse emotion, detect expression and voice tones etc
We're now at a point of debating just how much intelligence we give robots.
They're already capable of simple human tasks, much like computers and how they overtook the working man.
