So what? Camila is part of the AMERICAN entertainment industry, which is a lot bigger and has far more opportunities than the UK one. None of the LM girls really stood a chance for a solo career in the UK, there are barely any female UK pop stars with long term success.

The point is, Little Mix have been together for 5 years now, and they are still doing well, getting along and making things work. It doesn't matter if they all auditioned solo when they tried out for X Factor, they're making the group work out, something that 5H isn't doing.

And One Direction broke into the American industry as well, they didn't just split up right off the bat and no one bailed right off the bat either.

They obviously needed it considering all the tension and it might have worked out if she showed up!

To be honest I never knew the girls names outside of 5th harmony until recently, because I was reading a thread about how disconnected Camilla was from the rest of the girls based on her body language during an interview.

I watched the interview and she was standing so far away from them and looked so miserable. Not sure what happened but she gave a months notice, if she was unhappy why force someone to stay? That's not fair at all. I don't think she's playing the victim seems like she just wanted out to pursue a solo career. I don't think that's being a victim or a backstabber. I mean come on, therapy, REALLY? I wouldn't of gone either.
