Were there anything in your country that used to be popular amongst people but is now unpopular and considered a fad?
Back between 2012-2014, this used to be popular in the UK:
Mostly everyone had it in schools and some people would even buy the fake ones in shopping centres. It's not popular anymore and it's been a long time I've seen someone wear it.
BBM (Blackberry Messenger) is also another one that used to be popular. Even in class you would hear pings going off and stuff. But once Whatsapp came, BBM began to decline and the popularisation of Snapchat, Insta, Kik, FaceTime and all that stuff was the end of it.
All that effort and you ruined it.
