Seriously though, these are so impracticable in the real world. You could be running on a nature trail close to the edge of a hill with these and if one falls out and drops over the edge, they're done. Or maybe you're on a crowded subway/bus and someone knocks you hard enough that one or both fall out - have fun squirming through people to try to find them. At least with regular headphones, or even wireless ones that are physically tethered somehow to each other, if one falls out of your ear, it has something to catch onto so gravity doesn't win.
Also, they look plain ugly in people's ears in my opinion.
