Is Darth Vader more iconic than Voldermort?
I feel like everyone will instantly recognize Darth Vader more than Lord Voldermort.

Yes, Star Wars is the bigger saga overall so the main villain is obviously more recognizable.

Oh you mean the film that didn't even have Harry Potter in the title and the film that grossed nearly half of it's total gross in the states.
Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows nearly made as much as TFA outside the states in 2011

Yes, absolutely. It's the bigger
and better
franchise overall as well. It's arguably the most iconic multimedia franchise in cinematic history.
The end scene of Vader in Rogue One alone was phenomenal, one of the best movie scenes this year and not a lot even happened

Oh yeah without a doubt.
Voldemort isn't even the most iconic character of the HP series.
If it was Harry Potter vs Vader it'd be slightly tougher but I think overall Vader will always inch it, he's one of the most iconic characters of all time.

Never happening. Mr. Vader is such an stylish badass, Voldemort looks like an amphibian alien.
