No. Voting is not a priviledge but an ADULT human right. Anyone can vote once he reaches a certain age of maturity and he gains this right permanently because there is no age at which he stops being an adult. Denying someone the right to vote based on age is a form of discrimination and has no place in a modern democracy.

Democracy doesn't work on probability and assumptions. You can't take someone's right to vote just because the person is more likely to die soon. And it's not like they're deciding for your life, new elections come for 4 or 5 years.
