It should never be
required from an unemployed person by the job agency, to accept, or even apply, for that kind of job. That would be sex-slavery of sorts.
So in that way, sex-work is not in the same line as other jobs because of the complicated nature of human sexuality and because of the many ways sex is tangled in religious beliefs, mental health, morals, ethics etc.
