Yes, she's a very successful, famous, talented and respected non-white woman with strong media presence and she's likable to most people. She's a role model for many, especially a lot of non-whites (not just blacks). I know tons of people who see her as breath of fresh hair because the media is saturated with whites and untalented, unlikable people.

There is clearly a shortage of Latinas and Asian women but I would say there is equal representation of blacks and whites...
The music industry has a huge collection of black artists dominating...
Rih, Bey, Kanye, Drake, Jay-Z, Nicki, Kendrick Lamar, The Weeknd, Normani Kordei, etc.
Michael Jackson was black. Whitney was black. Both had the biggest peaks of any male or female pop star.
Top 5 most nominated at this year's Grammys:
1. Beyoncé (9)
2. Rihanna (8)
3. Drake (8)
4. Kanye (8)
5. Adele (5)
Mostly it's only the Hive who enforces the idea that there can only be one black woman succeeding at one time.
In the 90s Whitney, Mariah and Janet slayed at the same time and no one had an issue with it.

You shouldn't be taken seriously just based off this sentence. Beyoncé is often described as the hardest working woman in the music industry by many of her peers, including your faves. Just because you don't see her sitting on the couch next to Ellen DeGeneres doesn't mean she's not working every hour of the day on her career. Beyoncé is where she's at because of her incredible work ethic and drive and nobody can deny that.

JLO stars in movies, does a residency at Vegas, executive produces a TV show, and releases music all at once.
I don't see anyone praising her work ethic, but will happily talk about how amazing Beyoncé is because she releases music, goes on tour, then goes home.
To me being a successful latina like JLO or Shakira is more inspiring, there is a shortage of them dominating in entertainment.
JLO became the biggest entertainment latina force ever, and she's not even 50 yet, but ofc she can't be a role model.
