The recent flood of leaks surrounding Lindsay Lohan’s third album has prompted the star to move ahead with her music career, announcing on Twitter today that she’ll shoot a video for her new song “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop”.
Lindsay said on twitter:
"I don’t know who, but someone keeps leaking my tracks! I can assure everyone, it is NOT me.. so I’ve decided to do a music video rather than let my tracks just go to waste…. need some time to choose a director and such".
Whether or not LiLo will put her words into action is a whole different story, but it’s good to see that she’s starting to focus on music again. “Bossy” and “Stuck” would’ve made much better singles, but if she’s just trying to release a music video for promo purposes until she gets things together then “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop” would be fine.
Her songs are top-notch but the sound is a little stuck in 2007/2008, so viral music videos and iTunes singles would be a great way to use some of the older material and increase hype for her third album.
