I haven't read the CIA reports yet, but I've been told what they say is that Russia hacked the US Government, not that Russia directly rigged the election. I think what John Podesta is trying to do is say that if Russia hadn't hacked them then Hillary Clinton might have won, but that's a bit of a stretch, and we don't even know for sure if Russia really did any hacking! It could easily be a lie. In a day and age where "Gender is a social construct" is included in the education system and taught as if it's a scientifically proven fact, I cannot trust any of the elites or establishment anymore.
