Syria and Russia offered rebels ceasefire and transport to Idlib in those infamous green busses several times to prevent more civilian casualties in the conflict, yet they were refusing and keeping many civilians with them as human shields. But now, when they are besieged and the conflict is over, now they are begging for a one-sided ceasefire from Russia and Syria, to avoid being charged for their crimes. And according to latest news, Syrian and Russian governments agreed to it for the sake of civilians.

For your info, there arent just moderate rebels, trapped are hundreds of the al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra/Ahrar al-Sham terrorists, who now, thanks to US, Turkey and France, will get a free pass to Idlib.

But its good that this 6 years long Aleppo tragedy can finally end.
