What really stuns me is how far someone will go for a sauce literally made of fat drippings to add to his disgusting processed food in from a food chain known for being trash.

I've never been to KFC I didn't know they have gravy (or maybe they don't in Germany I don't know)

This is truly unprofessional though. Doesn't matter what kind of business, if you are not one of those people who complain 10 times a week (then it gets fishy) the professional response to a customer in my opinion would be "We are sorry, here's your gravy"....
