I think this was why I was originally shocked and disappointed. It has since worn off. But there seems to be a natural building of momentum happening right now and it felt like it was going to waste with this announcement.
In the long run, I know it's beneficial. She definitely needs to reconnect with her older demos and the North American audiences. Touring really helps with local press and radio. It's not a bad move, per se, just the marketing of it seems really awkward.

You could tell in that one scene that Molly was on the verge of tears after Kris told her not to be weird. I hate how they treat Molly 
It will be interesting if they cover Endless Love though, considering as it was his song originally.
