Kind of wish they'd added a second date in Manchester and kept it a bit more intimate. I want to be close to the queen but I guess I'll just get there early.

Am I crazy for thinking she should try a dual single release with Like This/Good Thing? With hopes that radio that will pick atleast 1 up, but I think she needs to get over radio and just promote her album which I think these two will help do.

Any more hints on what the next single will be or when she will announce it?

I see no reason why the next single won't be either I Can Only or Vibe. I don't even like Vibe (at all) really, but they said they would pick the next single based on fan reaction so it's not difficult. They could go with Good Thing for Europe but that won't work in the states.

One thing they shouldn't do at this point is different singles in different parts of the world.
I think I Can Only should be next, Alessia is doing well on radio, and that song where JoJo features in on the video is also charting across Europe, so how odd as it sounds, it would be a familair face when JoJo would appear next to Alessia again.

Vibe should be saved for Summer.

I hope she will be able to record an additional stand-alone video like FAB. aswell for either Edibles., Like This. or High Heels. to also show that side of her for the people who don't know her yet.

And I hope she will be able to write/record on tour aswell, so she can release leadsingle of the next album Q1 2018 with a new album Mid 2018.

Both I Can Only and Vibe are such boring, predictable, forgettable cop outs. Literally anyone could have recorded those tracks. I need her to solidify a name and a lane and I think Like This with a killer video would be the best choice. It falls right in line with breakouts like "Earned It" and "Dangerous Woman".

"Good Thing" is such a fun, accessible track and needs shine too.

Again, I'm over her appeasing radio. Radio isn't selling anyones damn album. Ariana has radio smashes but can't break 300k for her album. Jojo needs to find her niche and let that old formula go.

And none of this makes any sense. Ariana is doing great and very few pop/R&B artists are having any success without radio. It's not that radio is some all-powerful medium (aside from its essential role in singles charts), but it's part of what gives people exposure. And it's pretty obvious that if she was to score even a minor radio hit, then Atlantic would be willing to book her some TV performances and other forms of exposure. This would all lead in well to her next album, which would hopefully be more artistic.

Anyway, Like That is also an option. She has clearly given herself plenty of options with this album.

It is her first album in 10 years, she has to please radio in some way to regain interest. Radio may not be the big player it always was, but it is still an important player in a lot of markets.

I agree about Vibe being a song that anyone could have recorded, but I Can Only fits right with FA and FAB. and I don't see much of her peers recording those tracks tbh.

I would love Like This. to be a single, it is one of my favorites along with Edibles., Honest and Clovers. So I am def. not against seeing that as single. But I also look at what the label would choose over an other song.

Though I really don't see it for Good Thing. It might had a chance in the original album sessions that were supposed to be an extension to the Tringle, but the only reason why Good Thing is part of the album is because fans wanted it. I could see her releasing a video as thank you to the fans, but I don't see her or her label pushing it.

If you want JoJo to even get another album released she needs a successful single. " I can only" is her best bet on radio because of Allesia. Once she gets a few hits under her belt she can be more experimental with that she picks as singles.

You're all right. I'm just a bit frustrated because I've waited 10 years just for mediocre single choices that I fear are bringing her down and I'm tired of her playing the game. But you're right, she needs to be strategic if she wants to progress.

She's about to embark on a tour that is selling out in the main areas after a successful pre-album tour. That's not the problem.

But of course it could have a bearing on how quickly the next album gets released, and of course how much they put behind the next era.
