Raining here in KY but very cold. It's so dumb when it snows here The hicks go to the store and buy all the bread and milk. When I worked at a warehouse, people would be so concerned about it snowing 1-2 inches. They would leave work early out of pure fear. I'm from the north so I find it a biT ridiculous.

The reaction to snow NC is even more dramatic. One time our area experienced something similar to what happened in Atlanta two or three years ago (and there was only half an inch of snow on the ground.)
I'd love to see a good Southern snowstorm once again
We came close to breaking a daily record low, reaching 4 degrees this morning with a wind chill below -20. The latter value is still at -8, and I can confirm it doesn't feel pleasant.
