You think people at the gym want their space violated by horrible smells? No. People thinking like you that make working out harder than it needs to be for everyone. Get your **** together.

Some of ya'll are disgusting and inconsiderate. No one is saying you need to go to the spa before working out, but it isn't too much to freshen up at least with a wet cloth and a bit of soap and some deodorant before working out. I've had to actually alter my routine plenty of times, because some guys always come in smelling like RAW unwashed armpits. Since most gyms are pretty spacious in terms of cardio, it probably isn't a big deal if you're just hopping on a treadmill and/or stretching/doing yoga/taking selfies, etc. But weight lifting areas tend to be more tightly condensed, so you should definitely make sure you're fresh before walking around interrupting people's breathing.
