Jirachi is the wish pokémon. It only wakes up from it's sleep every 1000 years but when it does awake it grants the wishes of those who encounter it. You have to write your wish on one of it's tags, based on the Japanese star festival tanabata. It's very cute, and fun fact is that the fold on it's stomach is actually an eyelid. Yes, it has an eye on it's stomach. How many of those stans would still use if they knew? As far as the 600BST pixie legendaries each gen... it's ok. I wish it had some in-game relevance and lore... I hate random event pokémon. This is too high for her however.
