That was when she was a little girl. She is a teen now, Google her current picture and teen vogue. Most little black kids have small to moderate lips and their lips get fuller as they get older. You guys acting like kids don't grow and their body don't change. The only part of your body that doesn't grow or change is your eye balls.
She's only like 15 and she's slaying already
